sorry for popping in since i don’t work there, but this pisses me off (at the lady, not you!!) since the email and any other promo material said “bring in your reusable cup and get a free pike place”……. like no lady, you can’t abuse the freebie like that ):<

but again, being unaware as an untrained green bean is no fault of yours! i’m sorry they were so awful to you though. D: if i were in your place, i would do my best to find out what the promo is before/during situations like that and nicely but firmly stand your ground on what they’re allowed to have. i know it’s absolutely not your job to do so, but i find it helpful to follow my employer on social media and check in time to time so i’m not as lost in case something is going on and i wasn’t informed! (also the rules can be different for licensed starbucks anyway so that can be more of a struggle sometimes!) but good luck out there!!

No. There’s a point where you charge her for a bigger size or say you can’t do it.

not to bother but on the partner hub the deal did include either 20 oz of Pike OR 20 oz of iced coffee, however it also definitely states that you have to bring in a reusable cup as well as ZERO modifiers (maybe besides a splash of cream) are included

I had two older guys come in & get free pikes, but they asked me to top their cups off with whip like 4 times before they left. I didn’t mind because it was slow & they were very sweet to me, but on the wrong day I would have been SO annoyed.
