A DM saying "I don't care about drive through times" is the biggest fucking whopper of a lie I've heard in awhile.

Wow. I am so sorry. And just, what. An. Ass. He called the DM. Sounds like some guy in a store I covered at once wanted Decaf espresso and they didn't have any in bags. He pointed to the deaf espresso INSIDE THE MACHINE and said to give him that. We told him we did not have enough to give him a pound, there weren't ANY bags left and we needed to save our supply. He said, "OK. I'll just give *DM name* a call then." And casual whipped out his phone. A few minutes later he walks back over and said that the DM told us to give him what he wants and do we want to speak with them on the phone. We all just. Couldn't. Believe it. Sure give in to this one selfish bastard, but put us in the shitter with other customers tomorrow when we potentially run out of decaf.
