Hi, i was just wondering about the legality of sharing the covid coach/temp logs of partners with people who are not partners. Does this violate hipaa? Is it legal or no?

It’s considered a legal document, so I’d assume you shouldn’t be sharing that with anyone not starbucks affiliated.

Not a non partner but a terminated partner trying to get access to them

Even if it was for trace contacting they still would t be able to have access to them. At least they shouldn't
