The standard build for a VSCCB is syrup, coldbrew, ice, VSC. If you're doing the cream before the cold brew or the ice, you aren't making it to standard.

This isn't a reprimand or a judgement, it's just a fact that I am imparting. We've all done it other ways.

ive actually been doing it correctly? i always thought it might be wrong but that way is prettier because u can see the cream fall into the cold brew

Ok, know-it-all, I didn't make the drink. My manager made it and it was to the standard as I watched them make it. Thanks tho.

Tone is hard to convey over text. I read it as just a statement on a build, if you were making it to standard then no biggie! Confronting what you may interpret as sass with name calling is never a good way to handle a conversation you feel upset over.
