October 4th is the raises. Enrollment for insurance has passed but you can call PRC if you have questions or need emergency enrollment

Insurance should also kick in in October. I’m not sure the actual date though. It’s very possible it’s October 1st (today!). Log on to your insurance website, even if you dont have the physical cards you should be able to print out paper ones if you need to use them before the physical cards come in.
