I'm guessing that Starbucks is located in the PX (military base Walmart kinda thing).. I work at one of these, and it's a licensed Starbucks. You'd actually probably be a government employee hired under aafes (if it's an army base), aafes has some benefits and a small tuition assistance program, but I think you're better off finding a corporate store off base!

I work at a licensed store and my boss uses the asu program. I would look into it before writing it off completely.
