Use a blue scrubbie when rinsing dishes before hobart. I let super gross stuff soak in super hot water and soap, then scrub with a blue scrubbie pad to get the milk gunk off then into the hobart after another hot water rise. πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

question! im good at keeping bubbles out of the milk, but how do you keep bubbles out of the actual espresso that you pull into the cup? i try to do latte art but when i pull espresso into the to go cups there's always bubbles in it :/

I tilt the cup and lower the part where the espresso pours from to rest on the cup and keep it in a tilted position. That way the espresso will pour down the side of the cup which should give you nice crema and no bubbles ;)
