Anybody else trying to log into My Partner Info from the Partner Hub and get the white error page that only includes text, saying “Sorry, this item hasn’t been shared with you” ? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Thanks, I figured out that the link from the submenu on Partner Hub goes to that error screen for other partners too, but the direct link sends one to My Partner Info

So, how do you log into that link? When I try using the credentials that I use to log into the partner hub, it doesn't work. It says to not enter the "us" at the beginning, but even when I follow that it still doesn't work. Are we supposed to set it up as a first time user?

Yes, it’s a different login system than partner hub so it requires its own password. Click “forgot password/first time user” near the bottom.

Any idea what "no valid pa0105 ID" means?

I’m not sure but my guess is that if you’re a brand new hire, the system is not yet up to date. I would try again tomorrow or call partner resources at 800-SBUX-411
