Does corporate have an absolute minimum number of partners on the floor to run a store?

You’re not supposed to be in the store at all unless one other person is with you. So you need at least 1 shift and 1 barista to technically “operate”.

This. And if only two partners are present in the store and someone needs a 30, that 30 minute break is paid instead of unpaid
