Well, they can’t stop you for taking your drink after work. It is a BS rule, and I honestly don’t think it will hold up. If thats the case then after your shift ask for your mark out drink either way.

That may be a store rule, sometimes when managers get in a shitty mood and see a ton of partner beverages around the back room (or whatever you have at your location) they “lay down the law” and then forget about it after a week.
My old manager used to say shit like that to us 3-4 times a year.
