It’s usually not too bad unless you are leaving an awesome store lol. They’ll be polite/ indifferent to you for a bit, and then you just blend in once a new hire comes in and then they are the newbie/ stranger lol. Just do your best, and best of luck! Everyone’s new once and then they’re not :)

Expect them to do many things differently than you're used to. Not like, recipes, or important policies, but there are more things than you think that can vary from store to store. Be willing to adapt to their style. Nothing is more obnoxious than a transferred or borrowed partner who insists that their way is the only good way.
I've experienced a borrowed partner who came to our store and been like, "your syrups are in the wrong order!" and then she rearranged the syrups on bars she was not working on. We were all like WTAF you psychopath. We've had plenty of transfers come in, and when we asked them to do some task, they responded with "😳 I had no idea we were supposed to be cleaning that, I'm gonna need you to show me what you mean." If you think the way you're used to doing something is legit better, bring it up! But be willing to accept it if no one wants to do it your way.
