How do I add names to an order on DTO? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I've been working at SB for around 3 months now. I usually work closing shifts, and we don't usually put names on the DTO register because there aren't a lot of people. I'm starting to work earlier shifts, and I need to know how to add names. Thank you in advance!

the starbucks that borrowed me last year just added it to the [ask me] section.

As others have said, it’s with the Ask Me button at the bottom. If there’s an actual request you need to type in the Ask Me, then forget the name thing, but there should be buttons associated for most requests like cup sizes or stirred and upside down. If you’re putting in a DT mobile order and want to put the name on it, you’ll have to hit Ask Me first, then type the name and then hit Functions > DT mobile order after that.

You just put it as an ask me or at least that’s what we do at my store.

Type it in an Ask Me before hitting the Drive Thru Mobile Order button. If you do the Ask Me second it doesn't keep the name

If you click the spot in the upper left corner that says name and then hit void it pulls up the keyboard for you to type in their name
