What is the ratio of ice to coffee? I was taught to brew one bag on half batch but am unsure of how much ice. One shift supervisor told me five venti scoops and another told me one big scoop from the ice machine. I couldn’t find a standard online.

at my store we do 6 venti scoops of ice, or 2 big scoops from the ice machine. brew on half batch

Brew 1 bag on half batch. Dispense into a 2L pitcher to the 1L line. Fill the pitcher to the 2L line with ice. There should be enough brewed coffee to do this a total of two times.
