In the 11 months i’ve worked for this company i’ve worked under 3 store managers. 2 of which were fired for extremely racist comments. to start. we’re also extremely understaffed and i felt as though there was too much pressure being put on me. my last straw was my stores hours changing and it directly affecting one of my shifts 24 hours later and no one updating me (keep in mind i hadn’t worked for the week prior bc they simply forgot to put me on the schedule). so just a generally unprofessional environment i guess. oh and also always being scheduled out of my availability
