I've been working at sbux for about a year and a half now, and want to get promoted to shift. I'm a barista trainer right now and have trained two people. I've asked other SSVs at my store (which i transferred in about 2 months ago) and many of them say they would recommend me. Are there any tips you would recommend to me about the process of moving to shift? tia

Talk to your manager about it. Mine offered to show me how to do shift tasks before I was promoted. If there are any open positions available go ahead and apply.
