Those meetings are paid and scheduled. So it’s similar to a NCNS.

Write ups last for 6 months so if she was written up in may the write ups would still work against her. Skipping would be considered no call no show and if she’s had issues with attendance that’s probably why she was fired. I’m sorry she lost her job but even if other shifts didn’t show up maybe they informed their SM ahead of time saying they weren’t able to make it for whatever reason like class or an appointment. If she has a valid reason and makes a good enough case with her DM she may be able to get rehired but it’s unlikely because those meetings are paid and scheduled.

I seriously doubt the DM gives her a second chance. She missed a SSV meeting that was virtual....you can literally take that on your phone.
