I’m terrified of being that person so I NEVER complain I just take it. And I don’t order annoying ass drinks lol

This is the true “used to work here” reaction.
Edit: However I am guilty of ordering an iced caramel macchiato, 1/2 syrup, with an extra shot on occasion. (You should try it, it’s bliss.)

That’s not a bad order though

Someone who "used to work here" and "know what we put in those refreshers" said the only thing on the menu her son (pre-teenish) was allowed to have was a Frappuccino because the refresher was "full of processed crap and way too much sugar." When reg asked if he wanted it with coffee or no, she said he "obviously" wanted it with coffee because all Frappuccinos get coffee and it was fine because "we both know there's not any actual coffee or anything in there." I guess instant coffee doesn't exist?

I had a lady who was the exception to this. She was way patient and sympathetic and tipped on the way out. Weird.

I started recently, but there's a former employee of my store that comes through the drive through pretty regularly and she's AWESOME. Tips well and jokes around with us like we're all still part of the family. I work at a very busy DT store and she's definitely a bright spot. She puts everyone in a good mood. I met her for the first time when I was on DT the other day and she was super cool, asking me questions, making sure everyone was being nice to the green bean (spoiler, they are). You can tell when she's coming through because whoever is taking DT orders puts on a ridiculous accent and starts cracking the fuck up.
