mango dragon fruit lemonad got 33 gram of carbohydrate and 3og of sugar. I would seriously stop drinking that. Personally i almost always just drink water only.

thanks! i am totally ok with cutting that out. i was worried it was gonna be the latte and THEN we might have some problems. i will just get water during my shift, and get the latte on my way out then. thank you again

I feel this one big time lol!! I would also say try an espresso with like a splash of oat milk or cream instead of the full milk amount of a latte? It can help a bit to offset some of the calories from the syrup (:

do you think espresso drinks still taste ok decaf? i don’t know if there’s a difference. the 2 shots in a latte are too much caffeine for me because of a heart condition. the refreshers are ok, but i have to get 3 pumps of chai instead of 4. i might just get a tall chai next time instead of a full grande.

Should be? Kinda depends on if you love the taste of coffee enough to get it for the flavor not the caffeine (: I usually get some mix of espresso with chai, so maybe one dcf shot and 2 chai?

I expect it to be the chai, both sbux chai and the white mocha are rather sugary. I used to get a frap every time I clocked in, but I'm trying to stick to water + my food mark out bc the drinks here at work are seriously sooo bad for you 😩😩 tbh I suggest cutting out the drinks all together and sticking to water and maybe espresso if you really need the energy. Best of luck!! I've been packing lunches to take to work, maybe that could help you?

yea i kind of suspected the bagel. my parents told me i went through a “bagel phase” as a kid where it was all i would eat and i gained a bunch of weight. i don’t really like avocado though so i will probably just bring a granola bar or some trail mix to eat for my break. maybe i will have a bagel occasionally as a treat lol.

It also depends on what you put in them. I worked at Dunkin but I’m starting Starbucks this week. But I found out the hard way there that lattes are kinda bad for you 🥴 unless you do a non fat skinny latte!
