I walked in to none of the dishes being washed. One of our bars hadn’t been cleaned so we had to do that before calibration. The other bar wasn’t draining. Our fridge for breakfast sandwiches is hella out of temp and the cherry on top:

A fire ant infestation.

All over cold bar.

All over the drive-thru area (inside the stack of napkins, all over the windowsill, crawling on the credit card machine)

And they are now making their towards the brewing station. 🙃
