rarely!! this was only the second one i’ve tried in 3 months but they were the only car. my stores in an odd area so we’re pretty low volume but we’re also severely understaffed (walking distance from a high school and a huge hospital)

Partners who have worked at smaller independent cafes have mentioned that the steaming wands and pitchers at Starbucks aren’t ideal for producing latte art. I don’t know if that’s true but honestly as a 247 I’m struggling with latte art too :(

very true coming from a person who works in a speciality coffee shop. doing latte art with starbucks’s steaming pitchers is a whole other league of its own

320 as well, that's pretty awesome! I've only made two recognisable love hearts to date and today's (the second) was decidedly crusty 😂

Imo the base is really nice, you will master it in no time!! When it comes to steaming the milk, try airing it for ~1-1,5 sec and then hold the pitcher a bit sideways (let it stir itself, if that makes sense) and finally your milk should have a nice, mirror-like surface:)
