my mental and physical health has been really making it hard to work on top of all the other things i have to do in life. but i don’t necessarily want to quit, and i’m already working minimal hours. would i be able to take a LOA?

I'm a green bean, but I imagine it would probably be worth it to ask one of your shifts? They'll know a lot more about your individual situation and how that's handled at your store/district.
