Starting as ASM in two weeks (self.starbucksbaristas)

A, I have a question about the macs. Are they a Starbucks device that’s significantly locked down or is it a MacBook that’s usable for Starbucks stuff? Also, do I get one as an ASM immediately? One of my Asm’s had one and one didn’t.
I would also love any general advice anyone has. I’m going to be doing my training at a college store aka 90 percent of my baristas are college kids so the schedule should be interesting. I’m also like, 22, so I’m interested to see what this experience is gonna be like and I’m open to any advice.

I’m pretty sure they have to turn in their Mac’s before the end of the month. It was on the SM update

So… I shouldn’t plan on getting one. Dang. We’ll, I guess I’ll just have to build a gaming pc. Oh well
