did you sign the schedule change log? I’m in NYC as well and I’ve worked at a few stores where SMs will only pay predictability if you sign the log 🙃 if your SM doesn’t respond, try to reach out to your DM and they might be able to enter it as back pay for the upcoming pay cycle
