Need advice (self.starbucksbaristas)

Just transferred from a kiosk to a partner store. Everyone treats me like I don’t know anything. I know a lot of things are different, but I have a years experience with making drinks, I know everything honestly I just need to learn new systems of how they do things. But I feel like everyone hates me. They stick me on register every day. And they want me to know everything, but won’t answer my questions, or as soon as they let me do something like customer support, as soon as I do one thing wrong, like don’t restock something right when they demand it they’re super rude and make me go on register again. I feel like I don’t even have the chance the show them how valuable I can be I’m a really good worker. But it’s only my 5th day I think I deserve more of a chance. My manager is awesome and lets me try my hand at each station, she’s really encouraging. But when she’s not there they make me feel like such an inconvenience I want to cry. I quit my kiosk bc of a toxic work environment and I feel like I’m just stepping into a different one. Does anyone have any ideas of what I could do to help? Or maybe a shared experience? There’s one SSV in particular that’s actually really mean to me. I was approached by my manager to talk about it and I don’t think there’s any drama people are just mean on their ow

talk to your manager about what’s happening if you feel comfortable doing so! there’s no reason for them to be aholes to you. i’m sorry you’re going through this!! good luck and don’t give up!
