Otherwise, it does no one in this store any good to undermine me, and if you continue to do so instead of working with me to break through any problems, then we will move on to disciplinary action."
Something of the sort. But as you are a supervisor, you need to take it upon yourself first to handle the situation before involving the next level of management. Else you lose the respect of your partners and manager for essentially "running to mommy/daddy."
If you have already spoken to the barista, however, then by all means, go to the next step.
