I was voluntold to be part of a listening session for shift supervisors next week (it seems a little like corporate BS since I'm in the same region as Buffalo tho). What would you bring up if you could talk to someone from corporate?

Training is rushed and greenies are thrown into full expectation shifts too quickly.
Maybe bring up how harmful the tictok drink nonsense is.
Can mobiles have their own printer so cafe orders don't get buried?

Our store does have a separate printer for mobile drinks. The mobile food, however, is on the same printer as the cafe food and register teas/coffees.

It actually surprises me that it's not standard practice for mobile to be separate. I would definitely have your SM ask about that.

how difficult the turnover is. congrats to everyone quitting, but being stuck with all green beans really hurts us.
