Have you used catastrophe pay already? You qualify for cat pay as long as you haven’t already used two times. However, the rest is correct. Per starbucks policy, you are currently required to isolate for a full 10 days and can not return until you have been symptom free for 24 hours (72 for fever). i have used it once but i was told since i’m an SSV we get more than 2 isolations since i work FT

All partners are eligible for cat pay twice. There are few exceptions, most of which are when it is due to direct contact in the actual store itself. Since you have only used cat pay once, you should absolutely be eligible. I would ask why you aren’t being paid and what makes you ineligible. If you aren’t given an answer, take it to your DM.

okay! thank you! i was told if we’re vaccinated we dont get isolation pay at all so i’ll make sure to talk to my SM. thanks for clearing it up! the wording for a lot of our weekly updates are a bit confusing. <3

For sure! You are eligible if you have disclosed your vaccination status, regardless of what that vaccination status is. The only time you are completely ineligible regardless of how many times it’s been used is if you have not disclosed at all. Let me know if you have any more questions, I’m happy to support.
