Was told to go to hell today after making a lady’s iced coffee with classic syrup. She did not ask for it to be removed. (self.starbucksbaristas)

We have a man that actively tries to cause chaos at least twice a week. This man has literally asked for two months when we are getting it back. He has told us to buy it at Walmart. He has told us about prime shipping from Amazon. He just won’t stop. Now he is just passive aggressive and says that he would order this one drink but since we don’t have the raspberry yet, he’s gonna get something else. Never a dull day at Starbucks!

iced coffee comes with classic by default but some people don’t ask for it without. that’s why i always ask, gotta baby the customer so they don’t have a tantrum

I sure as shit wouldn't want a sweet coffee but I suppose I would make sure it without. I imagine those who don't specify are from up north.

Did you ask if they want it sweetened? My store does this for every iced coffee order. Starbucks makes it confusing by defaulting it to sweetened.
