I made a post earlier explaining how my trainer is out with covid so “all of the baristas” are supposed to be training me, but they are obviously busy with their other tasks. Today was my second shift ever and I went through the 5 minute register module and was immediately placed on register alone. I don’t think I did too terribly but I was definitely slow and wish I had someone to show me the ropes instead of figuring it out on my own and potentially messing up a customer’s order.
