Yes 14L is correct. You put the filter on the colander and ground the beans back into the bag. After, you take the grounds and pour them into the brewer and put the lid on and pour the 14L to be filtered through the lid thing. Then click the timer and it will automatically set for 20 hours. Make sure the little bins are in the brewer or it will not release the cold brew after the 20 hours.
