This is so me. Today when my SM asked me to clean the drains, I was READY. Took my sweet time and cleaned them spotless. Granted, I love cleaning in general and am a hard worker, but still, I needed a break from bar. Besides that, every morning when I clock in, I go in the back and read the updates, I check the schedule to see who’s coming in to work that day, I check my little wall pocket to see if I got any green apron cards, etc.

Phat mood. I love organizing and cleaning things but when you never slow down or have enough people scheduled you can't do that kinda stuff.

There's a teenager I work with thats super sweet but they only found out about the change in the partner markout this morning because I was working and told them. They come by every morning on their way to school and for the last 2 days whoever was working morning shift gave them the markout like its been throughout covid.

Yup, like oh, another update where they take something away or try to sneak in a happy hour and tell us how we, the partners, asked for it. fucking lies

My reason for asking this is because I had to inform 2 different baristas about the change to the covid markout

I was like five months in before I knew there was a weekly update 😂😂 my shift said something about when I asked about fall launch and me and another coworker were like huh and then he pulled out the sheet and our names were the only ones with out initials next to them🤣🤣
