I don't mind 2 separate orders as much, but if it's 3+ I'm just confused as to why you wouldn't come inside-- pisses me off

I can’t stand this either. Venmo exists. CashApp exists. You can get debit cards with both. Just Venmo each other.

I say two or three separate orders should be the max. Anymore than that, come inside ..

Most times I'll say "If it's helpful, I can split the total at the window" the only people I'll make an exception for is a car full or partners... which happens a lot where I'm at lol.

2 is ok...mildly annoying...no more than 2 though then I stop masking my annoyance

Your store doesn't have a rule to not take more than two orders at the box??? I was told that if it is more than two, make them go around the whole drive-thru again. I just always assumed it was a corporate thing,

i tend to ask people to come inside as soon as they say they have more than 3, and most of the times my ssv's back me up on it bc we're such a high volume store we cant waste that much time in the drive thru without our sm freaking out on us. had a lady want to do 8 seperate order in the drive thru, all single drinks, all paid with on the same debit card, bc she needed receipts. as if they dont print every item on 1 receipt, but nahhh. every drink needed a different name on it for everyone she was getting them for, even though they were ALL JUST BLACK TEA UNSWEETENED NO DIFFERENCES. she got SO mad that i told her to come inside too like. maam the fuck you think this is.

The worst thing is when they do this in the drive thru and then pay with the same card… like what’s the point.

At my old dt store our rule was any more than 2 orders you had to come inside because why would you separate orders at all in a drive thru
