*Update*: Thank you to everyone for answering! I waited about a day bc I wasn’t in the system yet but I’m able to login now!!!

Hello! I’m a green bean here barely starting out. I had my orientation type shift yesterday where I spoke with my manager and went through all the procedures and benefits and what not. I’m trying to get into the partner hub app thing to see my schedule and other things but I can’t figure out how to login. I feel dumb and I already asked my manager and she told me it was my partner number and the password I created yesterday but no matter how I put it, it won’t login!! Please help!

Your numbers may not be active yet. When I started training my trainee she used my till until hers were activated.

I started 3 days ago and I can clock in and check my schedule on a website, but I can't use my partner number for anything else yet. I use other people's tills and for my free drinks whoever is working has to manually give me a 100% discount so I don't have to pay.

I can't get the partners app on my phone at all. But it's also android and it doesn't like android.

To check my schedule though I go to $1

I just put CA (because I'm from Canada) infront of my partner number my password I made and it brings it up. I just chrome on mobile to open it.

However, you may be able to ask for a copy of the schedule on paper or for the manager to tell your hours so you can write it down if your partner number isn't working yet. But for me, my number still works to check on my schedule on the site and to clock in and out. Just absolutely nothing else.

If your phone is updated to IOS15 it won’t work :/ they need to fix the app bc it’s not compatible

they put out an update for the app! check and see if it’s available for you. mine runs perfectly ok on 15.0.1

Mine still has the blue screen with username and password that doesn’t work on it :/ and I’m on 15.0.1

mine is IOS14.7.1 but i was thinking maybe it could be because I’m not in the system? I’m really not sure bc yesterday I wasn’t able to clock in my manager had to do it for me so I’m hoping I just have to wait til tomorrow

Oh yeah that’ll do it too. Maybe try tomorrow. Is it a blue screen when you open the app?
