ASM and SM new period/quarter raises (self.starbucksbaristas)

Can someone explain how do the SM and ASM raises work? Is it a set amount? Where does the percentage come from?

DMs are given a budget for merit increases for their SMs/ASMs. It’s not like baristas or ssvs where everyone gets a flat amount. Meaning if you dm is allocated 20% for the entire district and there are 4 SMs, you may get 3% while another SM gets 10%, another gets 5% and another gets 2%. Your DM makes the decision of what to give you based on your performance and results for the year.
