I work two jobs, I’m a partner Tues-Sat and I work at a wedding venue on the weekend nights.
As a partner I work 4.5 hour shifts 5 days a week but I really really wanna try and talk to my SM about possibly working the same amount of hours but 8 hour shifts/3 or 4 days a week.
Is that even a possibility or am I 90% gonna get shut down on that idea??

I do this exactly!! I’m a banquet captain/coordinator 10-5 Tuesday and Wednesday, a few hours Friday, and all day on saturdays and sundays and it’s super do-able! Yeah I work a LOT and it was quite an adjustment, but it’s totally worth it

I’m just assuming it all depends on the SM of the store to see if they will be flexible with me

I think it depends on the SM and what your SM can do schedule wise. It should be possible.
