Check the expiration date on your funnel cake syrup. We tossed all of ours out recently so you may be able to do the same.

All syrups are good for 30 days once opened, unless the expiration date printed on the bottle comes before that.

when they order cold foam on top of hot drinks I don’t even blend it I just pour it on top cuz it’s gonna melt anyways

yes yes yes you are supposed to blend it that is the standard. I just take this shortcut because the customer isn’t even likely to notice. Always always follow standards tho

good to know, thanks!! I technically only had three days of training because my trainer was moving out of state and transferring to a different store. Everyone's been chipping in to help teach me in her absence, but I guess that's something that got lost. I only finished my seventh (?) shift tonight!
