From around a year ago when my whole region got rid of cafe seating again after having seats open for a few months. Said something like "all the tables were closed, no sign posted, no reason given, that's not how you treat customers"

We also have a one-star review complaining there's no drive thru. There is a drive thru.

At mine, this one particular woman has left about 15+ individual reviews. Each review is an incident where there was foam in her drink. They were all posted a while ago, wayyyy before I was hired. I think it’s funny to click on my store’s yelp page and see at least four thumb scroll motions worth of one-star reviews from the same woman. She clearly has (had?) a loott of time on her hands.

Customer liked our location but was upset we ran out of Splenda “hOw Can yOu bE OuT of PRodUcT ON thE WeEkeNd?”

Like somehow Starbucks is the only good service place that is busier on weekends and could potentially have run out because of that. Lmao.

theres one review on my old store that just says “Coffee” and is I believe 2 stars. like yeah man you got it

I love the ones that are complaints against Starbucks in general as opposed to our store. "over priced coffee" lol as if we control the prices. But if you don't like the prices why do you even go?

There’s a Yelp review for my store where someone complained that we offered them something free. Like, sorry?

ETA: there’s also a google review where someone is upset that we don’t have rain protection over the drive thru. In California…

We got a 4/5 stars from someone because we don’t have a drive through…LMFAO.

I work in a grocery store Starbucks and there is always someone who complains that we don’t have seating we literally don’t have room because we are in the middle of the store we have aisles behind us floral and produce are right next to us

They complained that the person sweeping in the lobby made too much noise moving chairs so they couldn't study.

Not anywhere to park.

Apparently only having 1 sandwich available.

Not bringing the food directly to them on the patio.

We got 5 stars for being lgbtq+ friendly. In another review we got one star, with the caption, “horrible”
