"Can I have a tall iced coffee, shaken, 3 pumps white mocha, 2 blonde shots, with sweet cream foam, and can you make that upside down?"
"Um, are you sure yall are out of raspberry?" "You're out?" "Really?"
*tells her we're put of a certain food item* "Do you have any frozen? Other Starbuckses let me get it frozen."
*orders and confirms a **hot** drink at the box* "Oh, this was supposed to be iced."
And on top of all that, our garbage truck came to grab trash at 7 am, blocking the only way around the building. And customers blocked him in.

i had two separate people order lattes yesterday and then when they got to the window they were like “i ordered a frappe” well how tf am i supposed to hear the difference between latte and frappe the way yall ennunciate

This is why I repeat orders at the box, so when they switch up I can say, “well unfortunately, as stated before, I read your order back, and you told me it was correct. Sorry about that, I can always remake it for you :)”

I wish I could get away with that. Our customers would just sit at the window until we got the right drink. They've done it before
