Someone help me find the weekly update from last year that said modifications in a water is a custom tea latte. No else else believes me. (self.starbucksbaristas)

Don't know where it is but u believe you! My shifts have always told me that a water with strawberry pieces is a custom tea because we have to account for labor

My crew today was all “but it rings like this and it’s stupid to charge a lady five dollars for peach juice in water” but like, buddy that’s what the company said to do. That’s the standard. Yeah they don’t train you on it but I know it was in a weekly update and I can not for the life of me find it. It started because kids wanted water with raspberry in it back then.

I don’t think the sm cares, she’s also manager of two or three stores right now, so I don’t wanna bother her with that 😬. My asm is one of the ones that didn’t believe me about it being a custom tea latte.
