Hi, we're making a "behind the mask" board. It'll have a barista's name, favorite drink. But I need more things to put?
Like if u have pets?
Or favorite food?

Maybe do barista book/movie recommendations? We used to do a monthly drink/movie pairing :P

Just make sure all of the baristas are comfortable with this. In my store they tried to do this and personally I wasn’t comfortable having my picture plastered on the wall as I’m a very private person. You could also put their favorite drink at Starbucks, favorite song. We have a wall full of our regulars’ pups in our lobby
