Usually tips are done every one or two weeks, and each store is different on how they store them! For example we keep ours in a binder with paper envelopes in the safe. It’s usually like $20-30 dollars a week for a full 40 hours, depending on how busy your store is. Some stores keep track of the date and when they were taken, we don’t because we have too much trust in baristas lol. I would recommend asking a shift how/ when they work for your store!

You get tips divided amongst all the baristas depending on how many hours you work. All tips must be declared on the partner hub website only while on the clock at work. The website won't allow you to enter tips from a non starbucks device. You should declare your tips for every week you receive them because tips are still taxable. Hope this helps!
