So I just got promoted to a shift position, I was given a larger raise than usual because of my raise and on top of the inflation adjustment raises this month. All of the other shifts that have been at the company for much longer than me (im at 2 years other shifts are 3-6 years) are now making the same as me. Is there something wrong with that or is corporate just trying to keep the bare minimum for everyone.

It sucks but this is just kinda how it is. Tenured partners don’t make much more than base pay unfortunately.
