Partner codes? Numbers? Idk what they're called (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hello! I work in a license store in a grocery store. As such I'm out of the loop when it comes to certain terms. But what does 320 mean or 205?

they’re partner numbers! the larger the first couple digits, the newer the partner is. “320”s are like the newest of new green beans. people use the digits for context usually to show that they’re experienced or that they’re new and need help with something

Oh okay! Like I said, my store is out of the loop since we don't get partner numbers 😔. But thank you so much for clearing it up!

Partner numbers are usually 7 digits long although the new partners some are getting 8 digit codes. I like to think of them as employee usernames lol. A nice way to make us a number on a page instead of a human.
