Someone commented about stickering the cups and waiting for them to show up to confirm to save effort. IMO, probably the best strategy to deal with them.

They need to remove the “no ice” option on MOP for things like frapps.

I had this the other day. I was so confused I asked her if she just wanted ice without it blended? She said no 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s cause they wanna put the ice in & make it at home.

Last time this happened I handed it off in drive and I asked her if she was going to blend it later (being as friendly and breezy as possible-no judgement) and she said “no” without looking at me and drove off so the mystery remains. My current theory is that these are people who want all the sweetness but can’t deal with the coldness, maybe because their teeth are ruined by all the sweetness

I had a mobile order come through one day with about 5 drinks, all pretty usual except for the grande cookie crumble frap with no ice. And ofc, we made it without ice. Me and everyone else still laugh about it

I just want to know which app developer was like "Let's make it so that someone can get an iceless frap!"?
