Mixing cold foams (self.starbucksbaristas)

This weekend is parents weekends at my uni and my tarbucks has been absolutely swamped with a call out and only two of us (three if we’re lucky) working at a time. I had a girl order a pumpkin cream cold brew WITH sweet cream cold foam and asked me to mix both into the drink. Why pay extra for the second foam if it’s just going to be mixed in????

Because people like to order stuff that sounds good, without actually putting any thought into whether or not the thing they’re asking for makes any sense, and then get mad at us for asking clarifying questions.

I would just put twice the amount of sweet cream in the blender and the regular amount of pumpkin spice and blend it for 2 seconds just to mix in the pumpkin and then just pour it in, saves time!

Because they don’t have a fucking clue what’s in their drink and people ask for vanilla sweet cream cold foam on everything. That’s why.
