This past week I did some retraining where we went over some of the stuff I hadn’t had any practice with doing yet. It went by smoothly, they pretty much had this opportunity for all the new comers. In reality it’s because they didn’t like how the partner who trained us, did it. I’ve been hearing multiple partners kind of say it behind their back, of how they trained us wasn’t right. Okay… fast forward to a couple days ago my manager is like so how’d the training go do you think it helped. Im like yeah thanks so much. He says “yeah a couple partners have told me they felt like you didn’t know what you were do so I thought I’d offer to help” I’m just left there stunned. It’s just crazy because these partners are constantly telling oh you’re doing so good so much better then some of us who’ve been here longer. So if they felt like I was shit and they’re saying I’m “good” then how do they really feel about everybody else… anyways I appreciate the help, don’t like the shit talking, maybe I’m taking it wrong idk. Whatever
