It's not that they "don't like coffee". I never understood this phrasing because if people wanted milk and sugar they'd get it- people drink coffee for the caffeine to wake up. I also had a regular who would come in and get half a cup of cream and 16-18 sugars each time-- and it was because he was trying to quit his cigarette addiction. It's time consuming, yes, but as long as they're not an being asshole ordering it I don't see the reason to make fun of them?

it’s not an easy drink when we have a line out the door, 3 people working, and she refused to have her drink in the line with everyone else. she wanted it on the spot and watched my barista who was on reg pour the 18 packets individually (as requested)

they literally asked for it to have 18 sugars, 3/4 of the way with cream, and basically a splash of coffee. they don’t like coffee lmfao
