Done, I included a little extra on the hours in case you need it. Usually managers don’t want to send baristas on lunches so they’ll try their best to avoid that by scheduling 15 mins less than what is legal (to give lunches) in xyz state.

I noticed you’re new-ish to being a SSV, I am too! My advice is keep track of time and know every baristas strengths like bar, dto/dtr, etc.

One of the first things I did when taking my first shift was to ask each partner what they felt their strengths and weaknesses were, as well as what positions they like best.
The time thing I'm still kinda working on. 😅
