How is it fair that we have a supervisor who can only work mornings because they got a 2 job
Basically they are free of any supervisor tasks. They only work 6am-10am for 4 or 5 days and still calls out and show up late. But my thing is how is it fair that they get paid as a supervisor when they only work baristas shifts? They dont even contribute to the shift team

One of my shifts makes close to 30/hour. After 3 years Doesn’t know how to make any drinks on bar, doesn’t do DTO or window. Is always in the back. I make half that and can do multiple positions at once.
