Don’t be scared by this subreddit. It’s a place where we can vent and complain and not want to deal with shit. Starbucks isn’t as bad as it’s made out to be. There are some bad managers yes and drama does happen but that’s all jobs. Just plan out what you’re going to say and you don’t have to answer the question right away. Take a minute to think.

Have confidence, tell them you're willing to learn what you need for the job. If you have customer service experience, that's a good start.

Just remember - people as a whole tend to share bad experiences more than good ones. Not to mention that everyone has different circumstances. Just be confident, but open and willing to listen to those around you!
